Description
The City of Mansfield is soliciting a contractor to construct monument name signage at 10 parks in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The work includes site preparation, clearing and demolition, excavation, concrete foundations and paving, reinforcing steel, metal fasteners, Austin Chalk stone masonry veneer, signage, drainage and utility-related work, traffic control, cleanup, and associated landscape improvements. The contractor must provide required labor, materials, equipment, testing, site protection, and construction controls. The bid proposal form states that the work must be substantially complete within 180 calendar days from the date the contract time commences to run. Bidders must complete the proposal form electronically, print it, obtain a wet signature, and submit it with the bidding documents; typed, duplicated, or handwritten bid proposals will not be accepted. The project also requires the specified bid security, questionnaires, certifications, proposal forms, and checklist.
