Description
Owens Valley Career Development Center is seeking a qualified Internet service provider to replace its existing VMware Velocloud SD-WAN deployment with a fully managed or co-managed SD-WAN connectivity solution. The solution must support converged voice, video, and data traffic across multiple sites, with high availability, low latency, reliable performance, DSCP-based quality of service, dynamic routing, application performance monitoring, centralized management, and traffic optimization across available paths. The network design requires the headquarters and primary data center in Bishop, California, to serve as the central hub; automatic disaster-recovery hub functionality at the Visalia, California, site; and full-mesh connectivity among all locations. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, facilities, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise negotiated. Proposals must include organizational information, approach and implementation methodology, schedule, qualifications and resumes, relevant experience, and a not-to-exceed cost proposal. The anticipated agreement is for an initial three- to five-year term, with possible extensions of one to five additional years.
