Description
East Goshen Township is soliciting sealed bids for an estimated 12-month fuel contract covering 2,000 gallons of 89-octane unleaded gasoline containing 10% ethanol and 8,000 gallons of #2 diesel fuel. Bidders must bid all items, and an escalator clause applies; quantities are estimates. Bids must be submitted on the Township's provided Fuel Bid Form. Bidders must provide documentation demonstrating compliance with the Federal Drug and Alcohol Policy and a certificate of insurance. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check equal to 50% of the grand total price within 30 days after award notification.
