Description
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is seeking professional water treatment inspection, analysis, consultation, and monitoring services. The scope includes twelve monthly site visits; monitoring of boilers, cooling towers, heating and cooling networks, condensate, reverse-osmosis feedwater, and related systems; physicochemical measurements; and up to 20 periodic Legionella analyses performed by an accredited laboratory. The contractor must provide sampling, transportation, interpretation, certificates, technical recommendations, French-language support, and immediate notification of critical results. Monthly reports are due within five working days after each visit, with results and certificates provided as soon as available. Authorized additional testing and emergency on-site interventions may be ordered separately. Technicians must hold valid Reliability Status and site access authorization, and the contractor must provide required personal protective equipment, instruments, sampling materials, and transportation. The initial contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with up to three additional one-year options.
