Electrical subcontractors are invited to prequalify for construction of the Purified Water Replenishment San Jacinto Valley Advanced Water Purification Facility Project. Prequalification is required before a subcontractor may submit a bid. The project is located in San Jacinto, California, has an estimated value of $160 million, and has a bid date of November 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The project may be financed in whole or in part with federal and/or state grant and loan funds, including Title XVI through the Bureau of Reclamation, the Clean Water State Revolving Fund, and the Water Recycling Funding Program through the State Water Resources Control Board. Experience with externally funded projects and familiarity with grant-related compliance obligations are required.
