Description
The U.S. Army is soliciting offers for a forestry mulcher to be used at Fort Riley, Kansas. The required equipment must be capable of efficiently clearing land of vegetation and must include both the cab and any necessary mulching attachments. Technical acceptability will be evaluated on a 'Meet or Exceed' basis, meaning any brand that meets or exceeds the specified characteristics will be considered. Offerors must submit completed and signed copies of the 'Forestry Mulcher - Salient Characteristics' and 'Solicitation - W911RX26QA047' attachments. The evaluation method will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All offers must be submitted electronically via email to Contract Specialist Noah Younger by the due date of June 30, 2026. The government reserves the right to update Q&A documents and post them publicly.
