Leavenworth County Public Works Department is seeking qualifications for engineering design services for pavement preservation and turning movement improvements on County Route 1 and 222nd Street. This project is Phase 1 of a potential three-phase improvement project. Qualifications are due by 10:00 am on July 10th, 2026. Submissions must include 5 hard copies and one PDF format copy on a USB flash drive, sealed and labeled "Engineering Design Services for County Route 1 Development Improvements". Written questions should be directed to Bill Noll at bnoll@leavenworthcounty.gov, and questions submitted less than 72 hours prior to the deadline will not be addressed. No pre-submittal meeting is scheduled.
