Description
The University of Kansas (KU) is soliciting pricing and specifications for the purchase of fifty (50) standard portable toilets, six (6) ADA-compliant portable toilets, and seven (7) portable handwashing stations. This procurement is for outright ownership of the equipment, not rental or leasing. The awarded supplier will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidental services necessary for delivery. Units must be new, unused, fully assembled, and ready for immediate use, including all standard components, product literature, specifications, and manufacturer's warranty documentation. Delivery is required by September 1, 2026, and units must be operational for the first home football game. The delivery location will be determined by KU upon award, but is anticipated to be David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Event-based servicing, including post-game servicing and pre-game spot checks, may be requested as separately contracted services.
