Description
The Kansas Department of Administration, State Employee Health Benefit Fund is seeking audit services for their State Employee Health Benefit Plan. The contract period is for three years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with the option to extend. The scope of work includes annual audits of self-insured medical and dental claims, pharmacy benefit manager audits, and dependent eligibility verification audits. Vendors are expected to provide a cost quotation for all services, including travel expenses, on a flat-fee basis. The vendor will also be responsible for providing audit findings and follow-up on any noted items for resolution. The RFP requires vendors to have a minimum of five years of continuous active participation in the applicable industry and to provide references from three current large self-funded clients and three former clients.
