Description
The Adjutant General's Office (AGO) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive termite treatment services at the Junction City Armory, located at 500 Airport Road, Junction City, KS 66441. The facility is approximately 21,000 square feet. The contract will include eradication of active infestations, treatment of affected areas, and preventative measures to protect the structure from future infestations. The scope of services covers a three-year period from the Date of Award and may include soil treatment, exterior baiting systems, and localized spot treatments. All materials and chemicals used must be EPA registered, approved for commercial use, and applied in strict accordance with manufacturer labels and all relevant regulations. The contractor must hold all required pest control licenses and certifications, be experienced in commercial termite treatment, maintain applicable insurance, and use licensed technicians for all pesticide applications. Deliverables include an initial inspection report, a written treatment plan, service records, a post-treatment inspection report, and warranty documentation. A renewable termite treatment warranty is required, including retreatment at no additional cost if termites reappear during the warranty period, with annual inspections if applicable.
