Description
Twin Rivers Unified School District is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category Two network equipment, including Aruba 6300L switches, compatible power supplies and power cords, 10G SFP+ single-mode fiber transceivers, and LC-to-LC fiber patch cords, or equivalent equipment. The listed quantities cover Grant High School, Highlands High School, and the overall switch project. Proposals must include detailed pricing for equipment, shipping, and taxes; identify E-Rate eligibility and service category; and label equipment with the applicable funding request number. The vendor must be a certified reseller, provide manufacturer warranties, and meet the stated E-Rate program requirements. The project start date is July 1, 2027. The District intends to award a single-term contract, which may be renewed annually for up to five consecutive fiscal years if it is a multi-term contract and funding is appropriated.
