Description
Crawford County seeks an architectural firm to prepare comprehensive plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a new Youth Center, including securing necessary permits and clearances. The selected firm will also prepare bid and contract documents, support advertising and bidding, conduct construction administration and periodic site reviews, and provide close-out and certification services. The project is expected to use Community Development Block Grant funding, and the architect must address applicable federal and state requirements, including Build America, Buy America documentation and Section 3 obligations. The qualifications response should describe the firm's relevant experience, personnel and resumes, project approach and schedule, fees and reimbursable expenses, and include a professional services contract and written release authorizing investigations. References must include local-government contacts and project descriptions. Section 3 preference documentation is required only when claiming that preference; additional Section 3 forms apply under the stated funding thresholds and conditions.
