Description
The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is soliciting bids for parking lot sealcoating, asphalt crack filling, pothole patching, line stripping, roadway marking, curb painting, crosswalks, stop bars, and accessible parking symbols across campus locations. The work includes surface preparation, crack sealing, two coats of emulsion seal coat blended with sand and rubber modifier, traffic paint application, traffic-control devices, protection of existing surfaces, and daily cleanup. The contractor must provide its own equipment and perform the services on University property in the United States. Bidders must submit pricing by the itemized bid list and demonstrate compliance with the technical specifications. The contract has an initial one-year term beginning January 1, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal terms through December 31, 2032. The University may award by line item or lot and does not guarantee any quantity or dollar amount.
