Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command–Fort McCoy intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price order to InVeris Training Solutions, Inc. for compatible target parts for the installation's existing live-fire training systems. The identified open-market item is a two-year extended warranty, part number EXT-WRTY-2, with delivery FOB destination to Fort McCoy, Wisconsin within 120 days after contract award. The notice states that InVeris is the only company able to provide compatible parts for the current systems and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating clear and convincing evidence of eligibility and capability before the response deadline; oral communications and requests for documentation are not acceptable.
