Description
The City of La Crosse is soliciting construction bids for Northside Floodplain development. Major bid items include stripping, stockpiling, and placing topsoil; sanitary sewer service and appurtenances; excavation; one-inch copper water service; structural embankment; corporation stops and saddles; sidewalk removal and replacement; HMA pavement removal and replacement; and hydroseeding. The posting identifies the project as a construction effort involving sidewalks, pavement, sitework and excavation, flood mitigation, waterlines, landscaping, and grading. Pre-qualification is required, and online bidding is available. Complete digital bidding documents and plan sheets are available for a non-refundable $42 fee.
