Elevator Decommissioning and Hydraulic Fluid Removal Services

Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a contractor to safely lower two existing hydraulic elevators in the A-Wing of the James Mountain Inhofe VAMC located at 440 S. Houston Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127. The elevators must be lowered to a level that allows access to the elevator pit, with the elevator cabs securely supported. All hydraulic lines will be disconnected, and all hydraulic fluids will be removed and properly disposed of in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, labor, materials, insurance, and transportation. Records documenting the proper disposal and recycling of hydraulic fluids must be provided to the COR. The services are to be completed within 60 days of award.
