Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of a single-family home located in Delaware County. The scope of work includes carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, drywall and finishing, and painting and finishing. The project must be completed within 20 working days. Liquidated damages of $100.00 per working day will be assessed for any extensions beyond the contract end date. To be considered a responsive and responsible bidder, all bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up. Bidders seeking preference must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office, and proof of certification must accompany their submittals. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO requirements.
