Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks preventative maintenance services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) equipment at the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) located in Muskogee, OK. The services are to be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the Performance Work Statement (PWS), aiming for 95% uptime. The contract will cover annual inspections of the UPS power module and batteries, 7x24 emergency service coverage, and an eight-hour response time for any issues. The specific UPS equipment covered is an Eaton 9355-30 with serial number EA024KXX10. The scope of work includes detailed visual inspections of all UPS components and batteries, checking internal operating parameters, external operating parameters, and environmental conditions. The contractor will also be responsible for cleaning the UPS area and replacing air filters. Battery performance will be measured and recorded, including float voltages, charger output, AC ripple, and connection resistance. A detailed report of all findings and recommendations will be provided within five business days of service completion. The contract is a firm-fixed-price agreement with a base period and four option periods, totaling five years.
