Description
The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) requires a comprehensive service agreement for the leasing, preventative maintenance, and repair of surgical scopes. This is in support of the new Tulsa VA Medical Center and will also include services for the Muskogee VAMC. The contractor must provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians and offer full preventative maintenance and repair coverage for all contracted equipment. The contract will include requirements for specific Urology/ENT and video scopes, including systems like the Saphira Urology Blue Light System and various sinus, panendoscopy, and flexible scope sets. Training on equipment use, as well as electronic user and repair manuals, will be provided by the contractor at no additional cost to the government. The base period of performance is scheduled to begin on September 1st, 2026, and expire on August 31st, 2027, with delivery of products anticipated no later than 100 days post-contract award. The contractor must also provide liability insurance and ensure all personnel comply with VA and federal safety regulations.
