Description
Creek County is soliciting bids for the replacement of a cooling tower and the repair of a water reservoir tank. Bidders are responsible for adhering to all Federal laws and Oklahoma State Statutes. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 222 E Dewey Ave, Sapulpa, OK. Bids must be clearly marked "Cooling Tower" Bid #26-13 and must include an affidavit of non-collusion, a business relationship affidavit, and a 5% bid bond. Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted.
