Description
This project involves the remodel of the Northwest Fixed Base Operator and Terminal building for the City of Sand Springs. Bids will be accepted until 9:45 AM on Thursday, July 9th, 2026, with a public opening at 10:00 AM on the same date. An optional pre-bid conference is scheduled for Friday, June 12th, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the Airport Conference Room at 101 John Hess Dr, Sand Springs, OK 74063. Information for a virtual meeting will be sent to plan holders one week prior. Potential bidders can request access to the virtual conference by contacting Matthew Ranck at miranck@garverusa.com. Each organization is limited to three personnel at the pre-bid meeting. Digital bid documents are available for $22 through the Garver online Plan Room at http://Planroom.GarverUSA.com (Quest Project Number 10227159). For assistance, contact QuestCDN at 952.233.1632 or info@questcdn.com. Documents can also be examined at Garver's office in Oklahoma City or at the City of Sand Springs. Bidders are responsible for downloading documents from the Garver online plan room to be included on the Plan Holders List and to receive addendums.
