Description
The City of Broken Arrow is soliciting proposals for trucking services to haul materials such as aggregates, asphalt, riprap, dirt, sand, demolition debris, sod, trees, and pipe. The contractor must provide end dump trucks, flatbed trucks with barrier walls, bobtails, and detachable lowboy trailers. The contract is for an initial term from award through June 30, 2025, with five one-year renewal options through June 30, 2031. The contractor must have a minimum of two years' experience and provide a performance bond of $5,000. Insurance requirements include general liability, automobile liability, and workers compensation with specified minimum limits. Bids are due July 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
