Description
West County Wastewater (WCW) is soliciting bids for civil work associated with an inline assessment of the Tara Hill Force Main. This project requires the installation of a launch barrel and a receive barrel, the removal of a plug valve and replacement with a full port gate valve, and bypass and line-stop operations. Additionally, the scope includes potholing to enable exterior analysis of the pipe condition and assistance to the assessment consultant with pig and probe insertion and retrieval, as well as providing supplemental water. The project involves work at multiple sites, including the Tara Hills Lift Station and Giant Highway. Bidders must be licensed contractors in California, holding a Class A, C-34, or C-42 license. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on June 23, 2026. Bids are due electronically via ProcureNow by July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST.
