Solano County Behavioral Health is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Early Intervention services for adults (ages 26-59) and older adults (ages 60 and over) residing in Solano County. These services aim to proactively identify and address behavioral health needs before they escalate into more severe conditions, with a particular emphasis on preventing crisis, functional decline, and institutionalization for older adults. Services may include outreach, access and linkage to care, and brief treatment services and supports.
