Description
The County of Alameda, General Services Agency (GSA) is soliciting pre-qualification for five Job Order Contracts (JOC). These contracts will be used for general major maintenance, ADA improvements, repair, remodel, and other repetitive work across various locations within the County. The process involves two steps: contractor pre-qualification, followed by bid submittals from pre-qualified contractors. Each JOC is an indefinite quantity contract, and the County may use these contracts for projects utilizing federal funds. The contracts will be awarded on a best-value basis. The pre-qualification list will remain valid for one year and may be used for subsequent JOC procurements.
