Description
The Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC) is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) courtroom presentation solution for the Defender Services Office (DSO) National Litigation Support Team (NLST). This solution will enable defense teams to organize and present case materials, including large multi-page documents and multimedia files, during federal criminal trials and hearings. Key requirements include the ability to import, organize, and display data from multiple sources in various formats, create on-the-fly enlargements, highlights, and annotations, and function without internet access. The software must be installable on a laptop with specified minimum specifications and support batch importing of image and multimedia files. It should also allow for user-created annotations, screenshots, clipped excerpts, and the ability to group items into custom folders. The contract will include a base year for 1,000 licenses with options for up to 250 additional licenses per year for four option years.
