Description
The City of Lebanon is soliciting a contractor for Phase IIIA excavation and site preparation at the Lebanon Regional Solid Waste Facility. The work includes mobilization, removal of existing pavement and stormwater infrastructure, clearing and grubbing, excavation and stockpiling of approximately 165,000 cubic yards of soil, construction of a temporary stormwater diversion swale and sump, and construction of a perimeter gravel access road with general fill, culverts, jersey barriers, topsoil, and seeding/mulching. The contractor must install and maintain erosion and sedimentation controls, manage stormwater and dust, prepare and update the construction stormwater pollution prevention plan, submit the required environmental permit notice, provide record documents and surveys, and comply with the project drawings, technical specifications, and construction quality assurance requirements. A 10 percent bid bond is required with the bid; performance and payment bonds, each equal to the contract price, are required after award. The project requires substantial completion by April 30, 2027, with final completion and acceptance by May 31, 2027.
