The Development Review Board of Rockingham, Vermont will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider several applications: a change in use from a two-family dwelling to a four-family dwelling at 37 Front Street, Bellows Falls; conversion of office space to ten residential units at 39-41 The Square; a seasonal outdoor wedding venue at 34 Meeting House Road; and a temporary produce stand at 504 Saxtons River Road. The hearing is open to the public.
