Description
The Town of Rockingham is requesting information from qualified trade contractors interested in placement on an approved master services agreement roster for on-call, as-needed construction, maintenance, and emergency repair work. The scope includes general trades, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry involving office trim, doors, windows, and related work. Contractors must be able to respond to routine requests within 24 hours and emergency requests within two to four hours. Respondents must provide a company profile, including years in business, core trades, and geographic coverage, along with proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. The RFI does not itself constitute a contract; the Town may select an appropriate roster vendor for individual jobs as needed.
