Description
The City of Allen is seeking a contractor to provide uniform footwear under a quote-based solicitation. The response must address product pricing, the contractor's return policy, warranty information, special-order process, online and phone ordering procedures, and the availability of a mobile store truck or trailer for an anticipated annual site visit. Respondents must provide references and prior experience, current store locations in Collin County, website and ordering information, and a current manufacturer or brand catalog or searchable electronic price listing. Required response materials include the bid endorsement, conflict-of-interest documentation, bidder qualifications and supplemental information, proof of insurance or an insurance requirement affidavit, lead-time information, local-location information, undisclosed-fee information, and any applicable mobile-store materials.
