Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), led by Region 6 Education Service Center, is seeking proposals from multiple vendors to supply promotional products and related services on an as-needed basis for public agencies and certain nonprofit organizations. Any goods related to promotional products may be considered, and awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to current and future EPIC6 members. This is a multi-vendor, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity procurement covering the period from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. There is no guaranteed purchase volume, and cooperative members are not required to purchase from awarded vendors. Proposals will be evaluated on best value, including price, availability, and delivery, and vendors must achieve at least 70 points to be eligible for award.
