This is a sources-sought notice for refurbishment of three EVAPCO Model ESWB 9-34K12 cooling tower cells. The work includes furnishing and installing three fill media kits, twelve fill supports, and three eliminator kits, along with associated labor, supervision, tools, rigging, materials, and incidental components. Replacement parts must be original equipment manufacturer parts or manufacturer-approved equivalents, and each cell must be returned to operable condition. Work must be sequenced one cell at a time so cooling remains available to the occupied clinic. Interested firms are asked to provide company and point-of-contact details, applicable contract vehicle and business identifiers, tax ID, IEE/ISBEE category, a capability statement, manufacturer documentation showing authorized distributor status, the completed IHS Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form, and identification of the tribe or Alaska Native Corporation supporting IEE status. The notice also requests evidence of at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, including verifiable references. This is market research, not a request for quotation.
