Description
The County of Riverside, on behalf of its District Attorney's Office, seeks one new, current-production 4x4 Ford Explorer Active. Bidders may quote an off-the-lot vehicle for delivery within 30 days of the purchase order, a manufacturer-ordered vehicle for delivery no later than May 1, 2027, or both options. The vehicle must meet the listed specifications, including California emissions compliance, gasoline four-cylinder engine, automatic transmission, Carbonized Gray Metallic or approved alternate exterior color, powered mirrors, Bluetooth compatibility, 4x4/AWD, four OEM keys or key fobs, lane-change monitoring, and a backup camera. Remanufactured equipment is not accepted. The quotation must include completed vehicle specifications, pricing, delivery lead time, warranty information, applicable taxes and fees, and required supporting documentation. Required documentation includes proof of insurance, California Secretary of State registration status, and a current business license or an explanatory exemption statement. The procurement is a one-time purchase awarded through a purchase order, with evaluation based on price, specification compliance, delivery date, discounts, warranty, delivery costs, product acceptability, and customer support.
