Description
The Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea is soliciting bids for harbor improvement construction. The base bid includes improvements to the Reed Park Floats and Morrs Pier; Add Alternate 1 includes improvements to the Tucks Point Pier and Rotunda; and Add Alternate 2 includes harbor and channel dredging. The solicitation identifies marine construction services and heavy construction services. Bid documents are available from Foth, and electronic quotes are permitted. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Tucks Point.
