Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals from firms certified as Minority Business Enterprises by the Authority to provide expert professional application support services on a task-order basis under a four-year agreement. The Authority may retain multiple firms, and specific services will be solicited through future task orders; no minimum amount of work is guaranteed. The scope includes application management and maintenance; system architecture and administration; web, workflow, and full-stack application development; Microsoft .NET, React, Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, Power Platform, OpenText Content Server, eBuilder, GIS, reporting, database, Autodesk, and document-management support. The prime firm must demonstrate at least two comparable completed projects within the past five years and maintain qualified technical staff. Proposals must include the Authority's editable proposal template and forms, including firm and staff qualifications, an MBE/WBE/SDVOB participation plan, cost multipliers and salary schedules, and conflict-of-interest information. The agreement requires specified general liability, automobile, workers' compensation/employers' liability, cyber, and technology professional liability insurance.
