Description
The Water Cooperative of Central Florida is seeking one financial institution to provide a revolving credit facility for alternative water supply capital improvements. The facility may be drawn under tax-exempt or taxable notes, with a combined outstanding limit of $60 million; the solicitation describes an aggregate facility amount of up to $70 million. One institution will receive the award. The construction notice to proceed is anticipated in January 2027, with substantial completion expected in January 2030. The addendum provides project cash-flow projections and financing details, including that the lines may be drawn as tax-exempt or taxable financing, although tax-exempt draws are expected. It also clarifies that the wheeling infrastructure is not part of this financing and that the project has a completion guaranty in place.
