The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole-source Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-23-G-0002 for Long-Range Anti-Ship Missile integration on the B-52 aircraft platform. The anticipated effort includes missile software updates, associated testing, test asset repair, and failure review boards. The notice identifies Lockheed Martin Corporation–Missiles and Fire Control as the only known qualified source because it is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of LRASM and possesses the required technical knowledge and data. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration, but the Government is not committed to issuing a solicitation or making an award. Potential subcontracting opportunities may be available through Lockheed Martin.
