Description
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orlando is seeking qualified developers to redevelop and adaptively reuse a 10-story historic commercial building at One North Orange Avenue as a mixed-use development pursuant to a triple-net lease. The successful proposer will be required to comply with applicable redevelopment-plan uses, covenants, conditions, and other obligations intended to further the Community Redevelopment Act and the Downtown Orlando Community Redevelopment Plan. The proposal must address the required redevelopment and construction improvements. The CRA may restrict assignment or transfer of the lease until the required improvements are completed, may impose additional public-interest requirements, and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive minor irregularities. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on November 4, 2026, with one original, nine printed copies, and one digital copy submitted by flash drive or email.
