Description
Orange County, Florida, is soliciting professional engineering design services for the Bonnie Brook Flood Mitigation Project. The scope includes upgrades to the existing PS-072 pump station, a new pump station and diversion system, underground storage vaults, storm sewer improvements, a water-quality baffle box, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, survey and utility coordination, geotechnical and environmental support, permitting, and preparation of signed and sealed construction plans, specifications, estimates, and bid documents. The consultant will also provide project management, quality assurance and quality control, procurement and bid-phase support, and construction-phase engineering services, including submittal and request-for-information reviews, site visits, record-drawing review, and federal funding compliance support. The estimated construction cost is $3,736,972.00. The solicitation requires submission of the County’s Forms A through T in the prescribed order, with specified forms for project experience, team qualifications, project approach, certifications, subcontracting, and federal compliance.
