Description
The Waterlin Stewardship District is requesting qualifications from professional engineering firms or individuals to provide continuing construction administration and project engineering services for its capital improvement plan. The scope may include stormwater management systems, landscaping improvements, utilities, roadway improvements, and other public improvements authorized by Florida law. The selected firm may serve as Construction Administrator and/or Project Engineer and provide engineering services as required by the District. Applicants must hold applicable federal, state, and local licenses, be authorized to do business in Florida, and submit a qualification statement using U.S. General Services Administration Standard Form 330 with supporting information. Required qualifications include professional personnel, relevant experience and performance, workload, office locations, willingness to meet time and budget requirements, minority business enterprise status, and identification of the individual who will handle District meetings, construction services, and related engineering tasks. Eight copies of the Standard Form 330 and qualification statement are required. The District will evaluate and rank applicants under Florida's Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act and negotiate with the highest-ranked firm.
