Description
The City of Moraine seeks a contractor to remove and dispose of the four existing interior and exterior doors at the recreation center's northern entrance and install four new sliding glass doors. The contractor must also replace the exterior decorative transom with a similar all-glass-and-aluminum transom and provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and incidentals. The work is nonstructural and subject to City inspection and approval. Prevailing-wage requirements apply, and the contractor must provide photographic documentation of the site before, during, and after completion. Proposals must include a cover letter; firm qualifications and experience, including safety record and similar building projects; project approach and schedule; an itemized fee proposal; and references with contact information for at least three comparable municipal or commercial clients. Proposals are limited to five pages and must be submitted as a single PDF through Bid Express. The project is scheduled to start in December 2026 and must be completed by June 30, 2027.
