Description
The City seeks fencing products and as-needed installation and repair services for its facilities. The scope includes supplying materials, labor, equipment, and related items; removing and disposing of replaced materials; and installing fencing and gates to the specified requirements. Bidders must provide product specifications, manufacturer and model information, warranty details, and pricing for applicable items. The City may request project-specific quotes before authorizing work and may make multiple awards by line item or groups of items. The solicitation also includes twice-yearly preventive maintenance for specified gate operators, including inspection and testing of safety systems, sensors, brakes, batteries, wiring, and other components. Any repairs identified during maintenance require City approval before work begins. The initial firm-pricing period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with three one-year renewal options at the City's discretion.
