Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management seeks Statements of Qualifications from experienced affordable housing developers to join a pool of up to three development partners. Selected partners may support repositioning and redevelopment of the authority’s public housing portfolio through RAD and Section 18 conversions, transfers of assistance, and LIHTC-financed projects. The scope includes planning and feasibility, financing and funding applications, predevelopment coordination, design and construction oversight, HUD and regulatory submissions, closing, and post-closing support. GDPM expects to retain a significant role, including ownership control and property management, and developers must be prepared to provide construction-period guarantees.
