Description
The work includes removing and disposing of existing cladding and windows, performing limited framing, and detailing, supplying, manufacturing, transporting, delivering, offloading, erecting, and installing exterior insulation, wall cladding, glazing, soffits, lighting, and windows. Work covers the north, east, and west elevations of the NIDES annex building and the east elevation of the main building, in accordance with the tender drawings and specifications. A mandatory site tour is specified.
