Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids to establish a blanket purchase order for the rental of 40-yard containers for asbestos waste, including collection, transportation, and disposal at six regions throughout Texas. The BPO term is November 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. The bid schedule covers container rental, collection and disposal, and related services. The solicitation package is available through DemandStar, with registration also required on the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for electronic submission. Bids are due as PDF files through the portal by the stated deadline. No bid bond is required.
