Description
Stafford Township is soliciting proposals for professional appraisal services during Calendar Year 2027. Proposers must identify the positions and individuals assigned, describe their professional experience and ability to perform the work promptly, provide professional licenses and educational backgrounds, identify available support staff, and submit detailed hourly rates for all potentially assigned staff and additional services. The proposal must also compare rates charged to other municipalities and disclose potential conflicts of interest. The submission package includes the completed online appraisal-services bid table, declaration signature page, exceptions form, consent to extension, stockholder ownership disclosure, non-collusion affidavit, addenda acknowledgment, references, Iran and Russia/Belarus certifications, W-9, and the requested qualifications, licenses, affirmative-action information, business registration documentation, and insurance documentation. The contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027; the business registration certificate and insurance certificate are identified as due before contract award, while the affirmative-action documentation is due after award and before contract execution.
