Description
Garland County is soliciting bids for a four-year countywide reappraisal of real property covering approximately 78,976 parcels. The contractor will review, reappraise, and revalue the parcels during the January 2027–December 2030 period, in accordance with Arkansas Assessment Coordination Division specifications for contracted reappraisals. The work must use the Garland County Assessor's existing software, provided by Arkansas CAMA Technology, and must include the items identified in the addendum to the reappraisal plan. Detailed specifications are available from the Garland County Assessor's Office upon request.
