Description
The Mobile Airport Authority is requesting qualifications from appraisal specialists to serve as consultants of record for federal- and state-grant projects and locally funded projects planned from 2026 through 2029, or as directed by the Authority. Services include determining fair market value for proposed sales, acquisitions, exchanges, leases, easements, rights-of-way, and other property interests, as well as determining market rental rates for aeronautical and non-aeronautical properties. Qualifications must be submitted on GSA Form SF 330. The submission requires four hard copies and one digital copy in a sealed envelope, with the specified solicitation statement marked on the outside. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded a full and fair opportunity to submit qualifications.
