Description
Rocklin Unified School District is soliciting proposals for CAT6A copper cabling infrastructure at Rocklin Elementary School and Rocklin High School. The scope covers 32 building or facility lines, including classroom and other currently cabled devices such as cameras, speakers, clocks, door controllers, intercom and paging endpoints, corridor access points, and athletic-facility equipment. Fiber backbone work is expressly excluded. The contractor must provide materials and labor; terminations, faceplates, patch panels, cabinets, racks and cable management; patch cords; testing and certification; removal and disposal of existing cable; and as-built documentation. Each building line must be priced separately, with eligible and ineligible costs identified, and the District may release individual buildings in any order during the contract term. The completed Appendix B bid workbook must be submitted in native Excel format and as a signed PDF, together with detailed cost backup for each building line.
