Description
This solicitation is for kitchen and dining room renovation services at Sunmount DDSO, located at 7266 State Route 3, Cranberry Lake, NY. The scope of work includes demolition of existing appliances, countertops, cabinetry, backsplashes, and flooring, as well as the installation of new flooring, cabinetry, solid surface countertops, sinks, faucets, tile backsplash, and lighting fixtures. The project also requires patching, priming, and painting of walls and ceilings, and reinstallation of existing appliances. The work must be completed within 30 days of receiving materials and must adhere to prevailing wage requirements, with certified payroll submissions. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, perform site cleanup, and secure all tools and materials daily. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 10:00 am. Proposals are due by 3:00 pm on July 8, 2026.
